Application for exhibitors to Leipzig Book Fair 2019

1. Registration

In acknowledgement of the General and Specific Terms of Participation, the Technical Guidelines and the current Price List for Fair Rents and Fees I wish to register myself, respectively our company, bindingly as exhibitor at the Leipzig Book Fair 2019.

Closing date of registration for immediate bookings: 10/04/2018
Closing date of registration for early bookings / beginning of place allocation: 10/09/2018
Late booking surcharge for registrations from: 30/01/2019

Requests regarding form of stand and size of surface area shall be met where possibilities exist (see General Terms of Participation / 7.).

Here you can obtain an overview of the range of system stands offered, as well as prices, after which you can book the fair stand of your choice.

Following successful registration you will be notified immediately and automatically via e-mail. This e-mail is sent to the "fair organiser" that you have named under "4. address appendix" and contains all of your registration details. Note: subsequent editing of your details is not possible in the registration screen. Please send us your later amendments via e-mail to aussteller@leipziger-buchmesse.de.

Exhibition rent for self-build stand

We wish to build our stand ourselves and rent a vacant space without dividing walls.

Plus media package (see Specific Terms of Participation / 17.) and AUMA fee. All prices are plus VAT. (see price list)

The minimum size for a stand is 4 sqm.

Exhibition rent for system stands (incl. stand construction and dismantling)

We would like to book the following system stand (exhibition area incl. stand construction).

Prices include rent for the stand area, the rental stand (incl. construction and dismantling) plus media package (see Specific Terms of Participation / 17.), electrical connection and AUMA fee. All prices are plus VAT.

Leipziger Messe GmbH offers the system stands in its own name and on its own account. The technical realisation is undertaken by our subsidiary FAIRNET GmbH. The General Terms and Rental Conditions of FAIRNET GmbH also apply, which we are happy to provide you with on request.
