Our modern production plant manufactures to GMP guidelines, thereby offering a high level of security for an unusually high standard of quality for your products. Our research and development, quality control and production plants represent state-of-the-art technology.

Development

As well as the pool of our very own ready-to-market recipes, we are in a position to consider the individual requirements of our customers, right up to the development of exclusive recipes with all the relevant documentation. If our customers provide laboratory-scale recipes we can also realise short-term production scaling up.

Purchasing

We work to your requirements. We use either materials provided by you or purchase the raw materials and packaging material to manufacture your products.

Production

We produce successful products for the skin and body care sector. Vacuum homogenisations ensure optimum consistency. Our wide range of products in the manufacturing of bulk goods includes creams, lotions, gels and fluids.

Filling

Our systems are designed to fill plastic and aluminium tubes, glass ampoules, pots (incl. aluminium foil seals) and bottles, made both out of plastic and glass.

Packaging

We assemble the products according to your requirements, either in folded-up boxes or other packaging.

Quality control

Constant in process and final checks in our state-of-the-art laboratory guarantee quality control to a very high level.
