When it comes to food services, fairgourmet pursues a sustainable approach. If reusable dishes cannot be used for for logistical reasons, meals and cold/hot beverages are served to guests in environmentally-friendly and bio-degradable packaging, which is based on renewable resources such as cellulose, and is therefore climate-neutral.
