Founded in 1991 in Höxter – Stahle, Germany, NEO Cos Service Association for the Development, Production and Marketing of Cosmetic Products with Advice on Medicines and Cosmetics mbH has established itself as one of the most successful full-service produces of contract (outsourced) cosmetics products.

Its active growth and investment policy has seen it flourish into a company with a current workforce of 50 and access to space in excess of 3,600 square metres. The company's profile is rounded off by its modern development, production and packaging departments, as well as its functional quality and administration areas.
