Fair Format is the official representative of the Leipzig Trade Fair in the Netherlands.

As an official representative we are supporting on the one hand Leipzig Trade Fair and on the other hand possible exhibitors. We are also offering to support companies, industries and associations with the preparation for a participation or a visit at a Trade Fair in Leipzig. This service is offered free of charge by the Leipzig Trade Fair.

Offer to companies in the Netherlands

We help you with the choice on which Trade Fair you want to go and which kind of exhibition-booth is the best for your business and your exhibits. In addition to that, we support you with the arrangements for a convincing Fair presentation - from the first layout to a detailed design and coordination. In connection with that we are offering you our advice in our PR and communication service. Fair Format is organizing and consulting you on PR-trips and events.

Fair Format gives you information about Trade Fair visits including travel and hotel, and about the city Leipzig. Selling of tickets and Trade Fair catalogues.
